Getting Started

Mojule installs nothing on your machines. Your Anthropic Organization Admin points Claude Code and Claude Cowork's built-in OpenTelemetry export at Mojule's collector with a bearer token.

Prerequisites

  • An Anthropic Team or Enterprise organization (the OTEL admin config channels are plan-gated to Team and above).
  • Organization Admin access to the Anthropic console for Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
  • An owner or admin seat in your Mojule organization.

1. Create your workspace

  1. Sign in at app.mojule.cloud.
  2. Name the organization you want adoption data grouped under.
  3. Open Dashboard → Connect and issue an org ingest token. Copy it now — it's shown once.

2. Turn on Claude Cowork OTEL

In Claude Desktop, open Organization settings → Cowork → Monitoring and fill in the three OTLP fields. Stored server-side, applied org-wide.

Cowork Monitoring fields

text
OTLP endpoint https://ingest.mojule.cloud
OTLP protocol http/json
OTLP headers Authorization=Bearer <your-token>
If your org restricts network egress, add ingest.mojule.cloud under Capabilities → Network egress, or exports are silently dropped.

3. Turn on Claude Code OTEL

Distribute a managed-settings.json fleet-wide via Anthropic server-managed settings or your MDM (Jamf / Intune / GPO). It enables Claude Code's native OTEL export — no Mojule software. See Connect OTEL for the ready-to-deploy template.

4. Confirm data arrival

  1. Have someone in your org use Claude Code or Cowork.
  2. Return to the Mojule dashboard Connect page.
  3. The verification card turns green — “receiving from N seats” — within a minute or two.
